1. Image Ownership & Copyright
You retain 100% of the copyright to any image, sketch, painting, or sculpture photo you upload to our platform.
We do not claim any ownership, licensing rights, or commercial rights to your artwork.
2. How Your Images Are Used
Analysis Only
Your images are processed solely to generate your technical critique — analysing composition, value, colour, and medium.
No AI Model Training
We do not use your uploaded artwork to train, fine-tune, or feed public generative AI models.
Studio Portfolio Storage
Your images are securely stored in your private database profile so that you can access your past critiques in your personal Studio Portfolio archive. You can delete any uploaded artwork from your dashboard at any time, which permanently removes it from our active servers.
